Sinols Blanc 2010

Sinols was a lineage of Norman origin, of the tenth century. It defines the mountains of Roses that buttress the massif of Cap de Creus, where the vines that give this wine its character.

Tasting notes: dawn-like clarity of a fresh yellow colour with slight green tones. In the nose, clean, refined, fruity aromas: lemon pear, apple, banana and green peach. Reminiscences of a distant sweetness. A penetrating flavour, silky and pleasant. Moderate acidity for a persistent, luscious taste. The aroma in the mouth and the aftertaste harmonise with the sensations of the first tasting.

Gastronomy: ideal with fish and shellfish, cold soups, smoked fish, white meats, fresh and semi-cured cheese. Perfect any time of day.

Production: Garnatxa Blanca and Macabeu from low-yield vines (55 hl/ha), hand-picked at the moment of optimal ripeness. After pressing, the free-run must is extracted and fermented at controlled temperature (16 ºC). .
