Sinols has been created out of the patient silence of the passing of the centuries, of the non-conformist activity of modern times. The power of the elements is resilient, like the vines. Only the constant effort of the farmer can channel so much energy. Later, the winemarker uses all his talent to draw the finest sap out of every drop. And we pour you all this feelings into a glass to can share it.

• Wine and oil tasting

Sinols captures and turns into liquid the spirit of all of the principles and foundations of the Empordà, humanising them and conveying them to the wine glass after a long period of rest. On tasting it, the senses confirm that the wine maintains its living soul, its capacity to seduce. This is our aim, our true reward: to be able to create happiness, pleasure, well-being and nobility.

PAU: Monday to Saturday > 9am to 1pm / From 3pm to 7pm
VILAJUÏGA: Monday to Saturday > 9.30am to 7pm

Sunday > 9.30am to 2pm
In summer open until 8pm.
