Young white wine of a cool yellow color with light green tonalities. In the nose, peach aromas combined with white flower aromas of roses and jasmine. Pungent, silky taste with a measured acidity that assists persistence.

Blends perfectly with fish and shellfish, cream cheese and semi-cured cheese. Best served at 8-12 ºC.

Production: Macabeo and White Grenache and Grenache Gris from low-yield vines. At the moment of optimal ripeness, the grapes are harvested by hand. After pressing, the free-flow must is fermented at 16ºC.
