The Oli de Pau extra virgin olive oil produced by Empordàlia is made exclusively from olives produced by centuries-old trees in Empordà. They come from two varieties which are only found in the region, the Argudell and the Corivell; and these, along with the distinctive feature of the Empordà climate: the Tramontane north wind, give our olive oil a character that truly sets it apart.
