Macabeo, White Grenache and Grenache Gris Young white wine of a cool yellow colour with light green tonalities. In the nose, fruit aromas combined with white flower aromas. One crimson evening, St. Salvador gazes out toward the far-off reflection of the setting sun, over the placid waters where the marsh-mallow, blue lily and sea rush bloom. The day is done, but here all is alive to the wanderings of mallards, storks and fallow deer. This wine pays homage to nature, that found in one of our region's the most incredible landscapes: the Aiguamolls Grenache Gris The wine boasts a bright pale pink color. Intense aromas of white flowers like roses and berries like the blackberry and blackcurrant. On the palate, we find fresh fruits, mind and the white flowers again; the end has notes of grapefruit. Perfect accompaniment for fish dishes. It also goes well with rice, white meat and sushi and it can be enjoyed at any time of the day, as an aperitif.

Balmeta is a single varietal wine made from the Carignan, the most traditional grape of the Empordà, a land of flowers and red skies, where the vines stoically resist the Tramontane north wind. This wine has been created to convey the spirit and strength of our land and relate our history. Carignan An intense, vibrant cherry-coloured wine. With aromas of candied black fruits like cherries and blackberries, combined with hints of grey pepper. A full-bodied, powerful wine in the mouth, with the presence of tannins and an after-taste with touches of vanilla and exotic spices. Corominas is produced from a selection of our oldest vines, which trace the story of a long winemaking tradition and a unique region, the Empordà. It is the story of majestic vines, standing strong in the face of the Tramontane north wind, extracting the essence of the soil and expressing it in this wine. Carignan and Grenache Boutique wine of a cherry hue with bright red tints. It reveals intense aromas of fruit compote along with liquorices, cinnamon and nutmeg. On the palate, it shows smooth, perfectly-structured tannin and a long finish. This wine is an invitation to try new, exciting food pairings with our great variety of Mediterranean dishes. Grenache Gris Sweet wine of an amber colour with golden overtones. In the nose it has aromas of conserved, oven-roasted fruits with caramel and jam. Tasting reveals various aromas captured during the first impression in the nose. The final flavour is intense, persistent, rich, sweet and natural. Distinctions: Gold Medal Grenaches du Monde A rediscovery of the pleasure of savouring a rich, natural sweet wine, combined with various desserts of dried fruits such as fritters, chocolate coulis, mató cheese or apple pie. It can also be served chilled as an aperitif. Ageing: Solera.
Muscat of Alexandria Sweet wine that stands out for its yellow colouring with subtle lemon tones. Aromas of white flowers and roses combine with delicate notes of citric fruits, honey and spices. Its flavour is well-rounded, velvety and fresh. The complexity of this sweet wine permits many combinations, with biscuits, pastries and dried fruit, but also with foie and blue cheeses.
White Grenache and Macabeo This is the Empordà converted into bubbles. A pale yellow colour with greenish-gold highlights. In the glass it produces a fine bubble, drawing a bead that forms a crown of consistent foam. On the nose it is fruity and fresh, and on the palate it is well-balanced, flavourful and creamy, with good aromatic persistence and notes of fruit. This Brut is perfect for combining with savoury appetisers, cold meats and seafood. It is also an excellent accompaniment for fish dishes and desserts – in fact, for almost everything.
Grenache Gris and White Carignan This modern rosé cava has a pale salmon pink colour, and in the glass it produces a string of small bubbles that create a crown of white foam. On the nose, Empordàlia Brut Nature recalls the original fruit of the wine, enriched with the creamy notes of ageing that guarantee the originality of the production method. The result is excellent balance in the mouth, a long, flavourful aftertaste and very good aromatic persistence on the palate. This Brut nature combines perfectly with any type of food, from a hearty appetizer based on cold meats to salads or roasts, finishing with tasty desserts.
