Vines: The Coromina Grenache and Carignan vines grow in gravel and slate soil in an area of flat land near the village of Garriguella. Old vines of over 70 years of age.
Production: Carefully harvested by hand at the optimal moment of phenolic ripeness. Fermentation and maceration for 30 days at a temperature not exceeding 24ºC. 12 months resting in French oak barrels followed by bottle ageing.
