Best served at 8-12 ºC
Vines: The White Grenache and Grenache gris vines grow in soils which are alluvial and on the plain. The Macabeo vines grow in soils which are alluvial in character or gravel-rich riverbank soil.
Production: At the moment of optimal ripeness, the grapes are harvested by hand. After pressing, the free-flow must is fermented at 16ºC.
