Vines: The Cabernet Sauvignon vines grow in slate soils in Garriguella. The Grenache and Carignan vines are planted in granite mountain slopes. The Merlot vines are planted in granite soils.
Production:The grapes are harvested by hand at the optimal moment of ripeness. Alcoholic fermentation of 21 days followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged in new French oak casks for 12 months.
