Vines: The Carignan and Grenache vines grow in alluvial soils and are located on the plains of the village of Pau.
Production: Harmonious combination of Grenache and Carignan. At the moment of optimal ripeness, the grapes are harvested by hand. The Alcoholic fermentation lasts approximately 15 days at a temperature of 16ºC.
